Will I have to be present during the cleaning?
We leave it to the customer to choose.
It is not necessary to be present during the cleaning, as the details of the service are dealt with during the estimate or when scheduling a cleaning, but if you want to accompany the cleaning, there is no problem.

What to do in case of cancellation?
If the customer wishes to cancel a service or reschedule the cleaning day, he must contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours so that we can evaluate and schedule the correction of the service.

How often will you clean my home?
Customized house cleaning services are available weekly, every other week, 3 week rotations or monthly service. Each home is custom bid to meet the customer’s needs with a guarantee on the quality of work performed.
What should I do before you arrive?
Please remove any items that may delay our cleaning team in cleaning your home. This will maximize efficiency and minimize the time we spend cleaning your home.
For your children's safety, we ask that they are supervised during our visit. While we use environmentally safe products and equipment, we don't want accidents.
Your pets are important too and we ask that you protect them for their safety and ours.
Entry to your home is required for us to do our job. We request that we gain access through a key or other prior arrangement that we have made. If you have an alarm we will be happy to disarm it with the alarm code you provide us or you will have the option to leave the alarm off on cleaning day.
Sometimes our teams arrive on site and find they cannot enter the home or office. Of course, we pay for your time, and in doing so, we charge our customers 50% of the service that would have been performed.
